Equipment List: A CNC Machine Shop Capable of Machining Large Parts Up to 214" in Length
Equipped with horizontal and vertical CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, parts up to 214″ in length can be machined at our facility. We have complete 3D surface programming capabilities to assist our design and engineering processes. A fully equipped inspection department, with Sheffield DCC CMM equipment, ensures that exact dimensions and tolerances are met in all our products.
The custom machine shop at Silicon Valley Precision, Inc. is fitted with:
- Okuma MA 600 Space Center with Fastems 10 pallet FMS system
- 7 vertical CNC milling machines with capacities of up to 66″ x 107″ x 50″
- 3 horizontal milling machines with pallet systems
- 3 Large machines and a large machine with 5-face capabilities
- 1 CNC surface grinder with 8″ x 18″ capacity
- Sheffield DCC CMM machine capable of measuring 40″ X 48″ x 40″
